On-the-fly file conversions

No need to upload multiple sizes or formats of the same image. Upload the best quality image once and the system will convert it to users requirements. File type, dpi, crop, mask, dimensions and file size can all be chosen.

Control who sees what

Securely restrict who sees or downloads assets. Restrict a set of images for a specific group. Set asset expiration dates and more. Set controls for users, groups or companies.

Detailed asset management and previews

Automatically generated previews. The system will automatically create previews when assets are first uploaded, including thumbnails and larger views for images and even preview clips for videos.

Distribute assets securely for pre-launch activity

Assign specific assets to a select group. Control who can view sensitive pre-launch assets then receive a report confirming who has downloaded them.

Upload and share any type of asset. Photoshop PSDs, HTML files, PDFs, video and most document types.

Quick Send cloud sharing feature. A simple more secure tool replace the likes of DropBox, OneDrive etc. Simply upload a file then add a recipient’s email address to share.

Search Enhancements

Asset tagging for simple searches. When uploading assets, descriptive tags can be applied, such item colour, SKU code or configuration, making them easier to find during searches.

Create asset workflows

Set up an approval workflow to support asset creation and management. Be it internal or with an external agency, managers can review, approve or reject drafts until the final asset is signed off beforesharing.

Sharing assets is easy

Various options available to share assets with groups or individuals. The system can directly email download links or packaged assets in ZIP files, for bulk downloading.

Divisional administrators

Appoint administrators to specific sets of assets. Assign who can upload or remove assets, approve users and more, while restricting others to simple downloads only.

Easy communication with your partners

Notify users of important updates. Easily inform retailers and partners of new assets, changes or content using the built-in fully trackable email marketing tools.

Asset usage control

Request information about how a user intends to use your assets. Ask users to agree to NDAs or Ts & Cs before downloading and attach a copy of the agreement with every asset download.

User management

Simple onboarding for partners, retailers and external agency users. New users can apply for access directly from the homepage, or we can add new users for you. Access permissions are assigned based on pre-set criteria.
